Galvanizing collective action to adolescent health in Luweero and Kole districts

Samasha, with support from Planned Parenthood Global, is implementing a follow-on project titled "Galvanizing Collective Action for Adolescent Health,” running from January to December 2025. This builds on the successes of our previous initiative, “Optimizing Opportunities for Adolescent Health for Impact.” In Kole and Luweero districts.

The project aims to:

1. Strengthen functionality of District Committees on Adolescent Health (DICAHs),

2. Track progress made on adolescent health-related commitments to FP2030 and BNN.

3. Strengthen community mobilization and awareness on adolescent and school health in Kole and Luweero districts.

With a strong emphasis on multisectoral collaboration, this project reinforces Samasha’s commitment to coordinated, evidence-based, and community-driven action to improve adolescent health outcomes in high-burden sub-counties.
