Bridget Natukunda
Bridget Natukunda is the Programs Officer at Samasha with over 10 years of experience implementing development projects particularly on Education, family planning, SRHR and Adolescent Health. In her current role she has gained advocacy skills and plays a key role in overseeing implementation of the Motion Tracker Approach to strengthen accountability of country commitments in Family Planning and Maternal, Newborn, Child Health (MNCH) in over 5 Anglophone countries.
Before joining Samasha, Bridget gained valuable experience interning and volunteering with Joy for Children Uganda and Catholic Relief Services (CRS). Her passion for community work and women’s rights also took her to organizations such as Peer Link Initiative Uganda (PELI-U) as a Programs Team Lead where she contributed to the socio-economic empowerment of children, youth and women through skilling initiatives.
She has a post graduate diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation from Uganda Technology and Management University (UTAMU) Kampala, Uganda, and a Bachelors degree of Arts in Social Sciences (Social Anthropology/major) from Makerere University.
