Perez Waiswa

As a Finance and Administration Officer with over 5 years of experience, Perez has had the privilege of working on diverse projects related to Reproductive, Maternal Child Newborn, and Adolescent Health. Throughout his career, he has collaborated and work on projects from renowned organizations such as the World Health Organization (WHO), New Venture Fund, Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, RTI, USAID-FPA, Palladium, Marie Stopes UG, IntraHealth International, PAI, World Bank, Ministry of Health Uganda, and many others. 

His role has involved managing the financial operations of these projects, ensuring accurate reporting, budgeting, and expense tracking. Perez has also participated in development and implementation of efficient financial and Administration policies and procedures to meet donor requirements. He is a results-oriented professional who excels in time-conscious environments, working both independently and as part of a team. 

His integrity, loyalty, and belief in ethical principles drive him to deliver exceptional outcomes. With a Masters of Business Administration, Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting, ACCA LV2 and expertise in financial management, procurement, and donor compliance, he is a valuable addition to Samasha’s team.
