Mrs. Proscovia Kibuuka Mukiibi

 Prosovia is a process facilitator and a social entrepreneur in organizational development with specialization in holistic strategic financial management, SME business development and entrepreneurship. A change leader with extensive experience in diverse organizational settings, structures and roles, with passion for transformation, creating conditions for everyone within an organization to contribute to their full potential.

Has more than 10 years of capacity strengthening in operation's management including management consulting, design & operationalization of CSO strengthening programs in organizational development, conducting organizational assessments/evaluations & developing organizations to handle identified capacity gaps and training along with 26 years of experience as finance professional. She has supported over 30 CSO’s in Uganda and other parts of Africa by developing and implementing interventions to strengthen financial management, project management, governance and leadership, and more. This work has been enabled by an in-depth knowledge of development approaches, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relations in multi-cultural/ethnic environments.
